April is Global Diversity Awareness Month

“We may have different religions, different languages, different colored skin,
but we all belong to one human race.” – Kofi Annan

IMPORTANT MESSAGE:

As our community returns to campus during this Global Diversity Awareness Month, it's important that we remember that one of our biggest strengths is diversity. All CMCS children and families are welcomed, valued, and appreciated for what they add to our mix of races, ethnicities, languages, cultures, and beliefs. During the month of April, each Monday Morning Message will focus on tolerance and acceptance of all community members, which includes those who identify as LGBTQ. The messages will be age-appropriate and follow LAUSD guidelines. I hope you continue these conversations of tolerance and acceptance with your children.

Thank you for your contribution to our wonderful Community Family!
❤️❤️

Sincerely,

Toni
