Dear Parent/Guardian,
You are receiving this communication because you expressed a need for supervision for your child in the Beyond the Bell (BTB) program at your school site.
Prior to your child attending the program, we ask that you complete a program application.
Visit btb.lausd.net and click on E-Library. In the E-Library section under Student Auxiliary Services – Youth Services Program, there are English and Spanish hyperlinks. You can print a blank application, complete the form, and submit it to your child's school.
Please keep in mind the following information for elementary school students:
• If your child is scheduled to attend school in the morning (AM cohort), the BTB program will only be available for your child from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. If your child is scheduled to attend school in the afternoon (PM cohort), the BTB program will only be available for your child from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

Got Game is proud to be one of only a handful of providers in LAUSD returning to campus! As an approved childcare vendor, we are on site every day school is in session, Monday thru Friday, from the moment school lets out until 5pm daily. Due to the unusual nature of this school year, we are offering a set rate for the remainder of the school year, beginning the first day students return!
Due to LAUSD restrictions, space is limited to 12 students only! This may change as additional spaces become available, but as of now, we are only allowed to accept the first 12 students to register. Be sure to sign up quick, as it is first come, first serve! At six hours of care per day, the hourly rate for childcare breaks down to $8.55 per hour. Please call or email if you would like to arrange breaking your payments up!
There are at least two coaches for each group of 12, which is an awesome ratio! Supervising and assisting with asynchronous work and homework (if any) is the first priority. Coaches are in touch with the school teachers and able to make sure your children stay on track. Once school responsibilities are finished, let the fun begin! Students choose between activity options throughout each day… Sports, games, arts, sciences, projects and most importantly (and so overdue)….FRIENDS! Our program is balanced, diverse, detailed, thorough, interactive and a TOTAL blast!
Safety is #1. Got Game has been safely operating in-person programs since August, 2020. We have a medical doctor on our team that oversees ongoing training of all of our staff, and Got Game’s safety protocols go above and beyond all Los Angeles city and CA state requirements. Parents receive a short video tutorial on Got Game’s safety expectations before programs begin. Got Game is a licensed childcare provider in California.
