PUMP IT UP!!!!

 PUMP IT UP!!

DON'T MISS THE FUN! The Pump It Up Challenge has begun! If you missed Friday's Morning Assembly, check out this video to learn all about this year's Pump It Up Event!

Pump It Up is more than just a fundraiser, it’s an opportunity for us to focus on our children’s fitness as a community! For the Pump It Up – March to Fitness, we are challenging CMCS students, teachers, and families to get fit and to get PUMPED! We want all of our students to do an hour of physical activity a day AND complete the daily fitness activities on the calendar. Too busy to exercise for a full hour? Not to worry - our students already get exercise at school! Encourage them to do an additional 15-30 mins. of physical activity after school – ride a bike, play tag, jump rope… the choices are ENDLESS! Then, have your child do the calendar activity of the day! Once both are complete, log into https://www.getmovinfundhub.com/ and record their number of fit minutes. When our child finishes the March to Fitness Challenge, sign at the bottom and have them bring it to class so they can be entered into a drawing to win a new scooter! There will be a drawing for students in K-2, and one for 3-5 graders!

Let’s do this, Community, let’s get PUMPED!
